how to report a user/post?

there are several spam ads posted as threads in the moral theology forum that I wanted to report, but I can't figure out how!

I found the faq that said "report" links are located throughout the forum.. but either it's wrong, or I'm an idiot and can't find them. normally I'd say that's quite possible, but I did a ctrl+f on the thread page, on the subforum page, and on the main forum page, as well as visiting the member's page, and I'm at a loss here.

I'll let y'all have fun with this now!
