Please pray for a better work situation for father (and mother)

My father works at a blue collar job where he is subjected to verbal abuse and humiliation. The work environment is not conducive to his spiritual health and he has been seeing the priest more often for confession and spiritual help.

He is looking for a new job and I suggested that he offer his sufferings up to God in the meanwhile. But he has been working this job for almost 10 years. He is getting old. His health has been exacerbated and the stress is straining his relationship with my sister who has somr mental health issues. He does have a PhD in the sciences. I thank God that my father has been able to get a part-time teaching job as a professor a couple of years ago but I'm hoping that my father finds a secure, full-time job. Or a better part-time job. He hasn't had much luck in looking for a new one in the past few years and I'm not in a position to support my family.

So I would like to ask for prayers for my father. And for my mother since they both share the same workplace.

Father Almighty, I pray for onjac's parents. Please give them the strength to get through this difficult work situation. Grant onjac's father a chance to get gainful employment in a work environment conducive to his spiritual growth. I pray that he is able to secure a full-time job that will enable him to make full use of his graduate degree, his knowledge and his skills. St. Joseph, pray for them.

Lord, please help Onjac's father to persevere in faith and in every good work. Please lead him to the right employer and secure a new job for him. In the meantime help him to cope well at his workplace; may he unite his sufferings to your Son's on the cross and offer it up for souls. May his wife be a strong support; may she, and your holy Mother Mary, help him to keep patient and loving. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.
