If I have not been attending Mass, can I still receive the Eucharist?
I have not attended Mass regularly for about 6 months. I also missed the last Holy Day of Obligation. I intend to go to confession, but have missed my opportunity to get there before Mass tomorrow. I am not sure that I can receive the Eucharist without adding to my sin. Should I wait until I can get to confession before receiving?

Yes, you definitely need to go to Confession before receiving the Lord in Holy Communion. To receive him in the state of mortal sin would be a mortal sin of sacrilege.
