A Few Bricks Shy of a Load - synonym thread
What other expressions have you encountered that express this concept? Here are a few of my favorites:
A few ice cubes short of a tray
A few french fries short of a Happy Meal
A couple of enchiladas short of a Combination Plate
Not the brightest bulb in the chandelier
Now you take it away!
