I've seen King James Bibles with the Deuterocanon up into the 1830's, so I'd say that's when they removed them.

I think the Orthodox have a pretty good argument for their canon of Scripture. They are the only ones who use the whole Septuagint. Catholics say the Septuagint is the best, but they don't use all of the books in it. I've always wondered why.
