May our Lord heal you in accordance with his holy will. I recommend you to the Blessed Virgin Mary. May she ease your suffering and help you to carry your cross patiently and lovingly. Amen.

May our Lord Jesus Christ allow you relief from your sufferings, and may He give the doctor the knowledge needed.

I offer my prayers of support for your pains. I was no stranger to unexplained pains for many years. Then I finally went to the Catholic Church and they nearly all went away. Are you devout? You should be.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Dear Jesus, if it be Your Will, please relieve Riley of his stomach and ear pains. If it be Your Will that he bear this cross further, I humbly beg of You to grant him the grace necessary to bear it, with constant and true devotion to You. Thank You, Lord. Amen.

Our Lady, Health of the Sick, please help Riley and wrap him in Your maternal mantle, to be close to you always. Please bring him to Jesus. Thank You, O Holy Mother Mary! Amen. +

I'm glad you're going to see the doctor shortly, Riley. Things should be somewhat easier once the doctor is aware of your case and makes a diagnosis. May God bless you!
