there is nothing wrong visiting muslim countries like libanon. this is a gesture of concern and encouragement to the christian people over there; likewise it is an act of friendship to the muslims.

Lebanon isn't a "muslim country" in the same sense as Egypt or Iran. 30% of the population is christian, and it was, until the last 100 years or so, a majority Christian country. Most people of lebanese descent living abroad are Christians.
