AfterLife - John Paul II
hello
I know there might be more than one thing wrong with this question but it needs asking
Watching Eye witness Accounts of Hell on Youtube and this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqwgV...eature=related
states clearly at 21mins that Our Blessed Previous Pope John Paul the 2nd is not at rest with our Lord.
What do you make of such videos? What is our response? Are these testimonies of Hell unreliable? has anyone else heard what I have just heard?
Thanks in advance

In a word, untrue. That is the nicest word I could think of. I thought of several more inappropriate ones.

I won't even bother watching, because the claim is patently ridiculous.
Even if the person making the claim sincerely believes it, it just goes to show you that Satan can deceive. Such a claim would make me question their entire alleged vision. It doesn't pass the smell test.
And that is my exercise of the charismatic gift of the discernment of spirits for the day. Thankyouverymuch.

I watched some of the video and I would say this woman's testimony is more than unreliable: it is anti-Catholic and quite distasteful. Who is Angelica, anyway? The only positive note I heard was the importance to forgive others. My general advice is be very skeptical of what you view on youtube and what you read online.

I know. I skimmed through the video and read some of the comments as well. This is Anti-Catholic, and is saying that accepting Jesus is the only thing needed, not kindess, not mercy. Salvation is much more than just accepting Christ, it is about love, mercy, and repetance.
We all sin, but that doesn't mean we're doomed. There is always confession and mercy.
As for the second part Very True. You should be careful about what your source is. That's why I don't trust a lot of Youtube videos, just as I don't trust Yahoo Answers that much neither.

Jesus Christ Divine Mercy to St. Faustina.

As I was praying for Poland, I heard the words: From her (Poland) will come forth the spark that will prepare the world for My final coming.

Re: AfterLife - John Paul II
Thanks everyone for you're input.
I do appreciate, I shouldnt be watching anti-Catholic Stuff. So easy to get 'lost' in all that stuff out their.
I always question what I am watching.
Thanks again for all your input.

Re: AfterLife - John Paul II
You should instead be watching stuff that enrich your catholic faith
Type catholic and whatever you might get a good video or something.
And watch out for the source as many sites can be deceitful.

There is so much 'garbage' on you tube that I don't go there unless linked by a source that I trust.

Re: AfterLife - John Paul II
The video is a typical Jehovah Witnesses anti-Catholic bashing. It claims that Jesus has no understanding of the Catholic Church by telling Angelica that Catholics are are idolators of Mary and the Saints. WOW!!! Wonder which Jesus was misleading that Angelica that Catholics are worshiping Mary and the Saints and that Catholic belief that our Salvation is through Mary and the Saints. Pope John Paul II being a fornicator, money-graper and idolator etc?? These accusations are just common anti-Catholic statements.
