Default Temptations making it hard to work

Ever since yesterday until this very moment, temptations have made it really hard to concentrate on work. My job involves much intellectual labor and these temptations are distracting me so much that I can barely be productive and get my job done. If you have a spare few seconds I would appreciate a few prayers. Thank you.
