106 here today, but there's a "cold" front coming through tonight and i see RAIN CLOUDS out my window!!! I'm sure it won't be much for rain, but just enough to settle the dust for a day would be appreciated.

Well, I'm out of the loop when if comes to disaster declarations because of the drought. That is handled by the Dept. of Agriculture, not FEMA/DHS. Last I heard it was 220+/- counties in the midwest. We have a problem.
