If it's overt fraud like faking a signature, generally you are correct. If it's stuff like 'filling in the blanks' on routine stuff or documenting in a way to maximize reimbursement rather than to accurately reflect services actually rendered...let's just put it this way: there ain't half enough jails and it's very hard to differentiate incompetence/ignorance of the rules from plain dishonesty...

Only spread truth...it really does matter


Would that in all our reactions to wrongdoing and wrongdoers, of all identities (be they criminal suspects, adulterers or bigots) we would have the Christian approach of love and compassion combined with and inseparable from justice and reform! Then it wouldn't have to hurt to acknowledge that Uncle Mike is not just 'eccentric' for sending that racist email, any more than Uncle Ben is justified in protesting racial discrimination while excluding his mixed-race cousins from all family functions! We could love both Uncles while tolerating none of their baser proclivities, and THAT is how 'living Catholicism/Christianity' stands out from simply going with the crowd and its passions.
