My (crazy) mother had her husband as a look-out and pulled mine apart at the hospice a couple of weeks ago when my grandmother (her mom) was dying. My mother is... well, a very angry woman.

She seemed to get aggravated and angry whenever I had my rosary out. Or about anything Christian or spiritual. My uncle, my sister, and I were in the family room talking about Christian books and my mother very quickly came around the corner to loudly interrupt the conversation to talk about her "erotic fiction" that she writes for a living.

Not to hijack the thread, but I think Juliane has a point!

Oh I'm so sorry! Also, sorry for the loss of you granmother.

If I knew you, I'd buy you a new rosary

Thanks!

The rosary, thankfully, is one of my handmade ones, so I am able to fix it!
