Auxiliary Bishop Stephen Robson, the Scottish bishops’ national delegate at IEC 2012, was ordained Auxiliary Bishop for St Andrew’s and Edinburgh Archdiocese on Saturday June 9 2012 just before leaving for the Congress in Dublin.
