Penitential Rites
Has your parish used all of the options available at one point or another? If not, which one(s) have they not used?
I've noticed in my diocese, that the churches I've attended, we have not said the new Confiteor unless its been said at a Mass time or church I was not at at all. We have used the other choices of the Penitential Rite at different points of the year.
When I've attend Mass in 2 other dioceses when traveling, we have recited the Confiteor then recite the Kyrie after in those Masses.

During the week, it alternates between A/C (Confiteor/Kyrie). On Sunday Masses, the Confiteor is used exclusively because the cantor will then sing the Kyrie and Gloria. Occasionally they'll do form C with the priest/bishop chanting the invocations ("You were sent to heal...") and a cantor leading the Kyrie's.
I have heard form B used once since the new Missal came out (possibly once more before, but it was in French so I have no idea if that's true). I can't say that I could recite form B off the top of my head because it's just never used here.

Re: Penitential Rites
Unfortunately, the Confiteor is optional, as the priest can choose to do just the Kyrie as the Penetential Rite. We never do the Confiteor at our parish, much to my disappointment.

Re: Penitential Rites
It flips back and forth between A and C on Sunday Masses or Holy Days of Obligation. I have heard B said at a daily Mass one time.

Re: Penitential Rites
We do the confiteor on Sundays and sometimes weekday . I have hear the B version a couple times at another parish where I go one weekday. I was always unprepared and not ready for the first response. I studied it but they haven't used it since.

Re: Penitential Rites
Both our pastor and assistant flip between A and C.
Our late pastor used B during Ordinary time. He would use A during Lent and Advent with the Kyrie in Greek.
