9 Hail Marys for St. Ann
I'm brand new to this, have never posted in a forum before but here goes. My mother, bless her soul, always said 9 Hail Marys, in honor of St. Ann, before 11:00am on Tuesdays; even as she was struggling with dementia. She always said something good would happen during the ensuing the week when this was done. She was so devoted to this practice that when she couldn't remember much of anything else, she would remember to do this. For more years than I can remember, I have followed this practice also but I would really like to know where this came from and if anyone else has heard of this practice. I must say that I have found the promise of this act to be true. No one else I've talked to seems to know of this practice.
