I enjoy having the YouVersion bible app on my phone, but am having a tough time finding an appropriate Catholic bible version to read from. For those that have this app, which bible version do you use and why? Thanks!

I think I would use the New American Version. That's a great, approved Catholic translation. Do you do any of their bible plans? I feel like they strongly reflect Protestant beliefs, and this is sort of a shame to me. I wish they had a plan that was more rooted in Catholic teaching. Maybe I just haven't looked hard enough..?
