Default Deaf/A Catholic "Went Home"

Hi;

To a new Mass liturgy, deaf and dizzy. No helps, and some wonder why Mass attendance is down.
The priest says to view the entire Mass as prayer, realizing not all prayer has sound. I know when to kneel and go forward fr Eucharist, but otherwise, can't understand a word.
I asked for help with the missal as we all know how items must be flipped to. No; Stand there like a wooden Indian?
Just frustrated is all. I'm not used to not participating or being at least able to read where we are.
Thank you, if anyone has advice or comment of any kind.
Peace to you

I am very sorry Mass is an isolating experience for you. When I lived in Tokyo, a big Church had a sign language interpreter at their 10:00 Mass each Sunday. The volunteer sign language interpreter was also Catholic. Have you talked to your priest to see if they could find a volunteer or hire a professional interpreter?

Sincerely,
