What is this called?
There probably is no specific name for these, but what are those long conical robes that some statues of Saints are clothed in, such as
Infant of Prague
Our Lady of Walsingham
Our Lady of the Phillipines

In the Philippines, we call it 'kapa' or cape. But, let me ask my priest friend.
