Right, I forget how the dictum goes but the first barrier against law breaking starts with the Citizen not calling the Police.

Interesting choice of words, however, states and cities that have the strictest control also have the highest rate of gun crime. There is nothing evil about a particular type of gun, the evil lies in the user. Think long and hard before chipping away at our Constitution and Bill Of Rights when so many have given so much to preserve it.
