subscribing to newsletter

Hello Everyone,

I used to receive the Hot Topics newsletter, but it stopped a year or so ago. I'd like to subscribe to it again, but am having problems. In the old newsletters there is a link to

http://forums.catholic.com/newsletters/?p=subscribe

but it doesn't like that. I get the message

"Cannot connect to Database, please check your configuration"

Is that the wrong link or did I just pick a bad day for it? Is there another place to go to subscribe?
