Default Nuptial mass & Sunday obligation

My fiancé and I are getting married soon, on a Saturday evening at 7pm. Will the nuptial mass fulfill the Sunday obligation? (I assume it will, but I have out-of-town relatives that want to make sure.)

Absolutely.

Canon 1248
1. The precept of participating in the Mass is satisfied by assistance at a Mass which is celebrated anywhere in a Catholic rite either on the holy day or on the evening of the preceding day.

ANY Mass in ANY Catholic rite fulfills the obligation as long as it takes place on the Sunday or the evening before. "Evening" seems to be generally accepted as 4 pm, but I'm not getting into that.
