Most annoying slogan/phrase
Nothing rude please. What is your current pet hate? It might be just a slogan on a tv advert that goes round and round your head all day(I don't have tv, phew!). It might be a phrase that teenagers use all the time ' wicked' ...or old people when trying to be young such as 'groovy' 'hip' e.t.c. Well mine is just one word. It is used by supposedly 'non denominational' (a philosophical absurdity) Christians when they denounce our Faith. It is...
Churchianity

When you finish your transaction at a store, fast food restaurant, bank, etc., and the employee says, "Have a good one."

Also, when you say "Thank you" and the other person, instead of saying "you're welcome" says "No problem."

Why?
I don't see why you can't say "no problem" either.
As long as it's said with a smile and sincerely.....

Mine isn't so much a word, but it's when people don't bother to write using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and in proper paragraph form online.

I had a boss years ago who used to say that all the time, ad nauseam. You could be on your way out the door to a funeral, and he'd KNOW it, and he'd still say that.

Re: Most annoying slogan/pharse
There's a lot of contenders out there for this award.
I'm getting a bit tired of "have your pets spayed or neutered."
"Fair and balanced" isn't, along with "the spin stops here" -- trust me, it doesn't.
On TV, I hit the mute button so fast I don't listen to THOSE lies.

Re: Most annoying slogan/pharse
"I know how you feel"
Besides the Blessed Virgin Mother,
I doubt any of you know how I feel.
"How you doing?"
Sorry, I think that measures me by what I do, and not what I try.
"Got a minute?"
Usually it is about 15 times that.
And the top two:
Most overused - "Sorry"
Usually indicates the user is a rude so-in-so and is just trying to cover up their rude unthinking behavior
Most underused - "Thank You"
Especially unused by children

Re: Most annoying slogan/pharse
I suppose it is meant to be the 21st century's version of "And this too shall pass," but the all-time leading inane catch-all phrase is:
"WHATEVER."

Re: Most annoying slogan/pharse
I've always been pretty annoyed by:
There's no "I" in team.
I once said under my breath, "Yeah and there ain't no "U" in <censored>hole either, but here we are."
