Default "Spoil My Wish" Game

When the Forums went down, we had the "Spoil" Game going on.

Here's a new start to that game.

The ofject of the game ts to make a wishful statement, but the answer has to be one that the wish is granted BUT there is a conswquence as it's outcome....I'll Start.

Granted, but you won't have time to enjoy it.

I wish I had a new job.

Granted but it's in a building with no windows and the people sweat like crazy!

I wish that the season of Autumn will be an enjoyable one.

Granted. But it's July and you find yourself holding number 74 in a very crowded Department of Motor Vehicles that has no air conditioning or ventilation. They've just called number 41.

I wish I had a very rich elderly uncle who wanted to make me his sole heir.

Granted, but he failed to pay taxes, and you owe $10,000. ...after taxes.

Granted. Only it's your favorite radio station. Their new format is Always Sonny - (as in Sonny & Cher) All the time. It's the NEW "Y97.5 I GOT YOU BABE"

I wish someone else was in charge of cleaning my house.

Granted, but you will hire a dodgy cleaner who steals all of your valuables, and does a runner to the other side of the country.

I wish I had a better internet contract, one that doesn't charge me 15c per every megabyte over my 200 mb limit.

Granted. A megabyte is 1000 bytes. A byte is 8 bits, equal to one character, letter, punctuation mark, etc.
But, now that you know, a piano will fall on your left toe, causing your brain to suffer from short term memory amnesia, causing you to forget what you just read, and to forget the fact that this post even exists.

I wish I had a concert piano, and a house big enough to accomidate it and to allow for good harmonics.

Granded but that means your bathroom is as big as your house and the piano music echoes throughout the room and causes you to have migrane headaches.

I wish the friends I knew would keep their promises.
