Exercise Support Group--week Of 12/10
Well, until Sharon gets back on her feet, so to speak, I'll keep these threads going.
Anyone work out today? I didn't.

Hey, Kathy, how's the workout going? Are you going to hit that 50 mile mark this week?
I'm thinking of pulling my treadmill out to the driveway so I can use it until it gets moved into the house.

Re: Exercise Support Group--week Of 12/10
 hi everyone lol
i wondered, michael if you would start and keep these threads going...yay!!!! i'm so glad to see you did. i've been very busy, and my foot is still messed up...can u even believe this? i'm taking a 2-week (much needed) vacation to be off with my kids for the holiday break...so, i'm going to a podiatrist. i told myself i'd give it 3 weeks, and it's been longer than that. can't imagine what it is. it's not getting worse....it is still the same as it was 3 weeks ago...painful when i walk on the heel area...like the bottom of my foot back by the heel. HOWEVER..I did walk today. pain or not...i walked...
my husband was funny...i was like...i can't use the treadmill, so who knows when i can work out again, and he replied...'we have an elliptical and a bike...that won't put pressure on your foot.' ok...so he's right...moving on...
how has everyone else been? missed you guys. hope everyone is having a beautiful Advent.

Hey, Sharon, it's great to hear from you. I'm so sad that you are experiencing agony of de-feet. You must feel like such a heel. Well, don't let your sole be weakened.
OK, enough with the PUNishment. I'm finally ready to move the treadmill into the house, so I'll be back to my regular running schedule fairly soon. YAYE.

Re: Exercise Support Group--week Of 12/10
Well, I fell short of 50 again. MY problem is I need to average 10 + miles a day, and when it's cold, I don't feel like walking as much. But I hope to reach that magical number some week soon.

Kathy, how much time would it take for you to walk 10+ miles in a day? That's a lot of walking.
