Exercise Support Group--week Of 12/24
Hey everyone, sorry about the delay on the new thread. I got caught up in all the Christmas activities. I haven't worked out since last Friday. There's just been way too much going on. I should get back on track tomorrow.

Don't feel too bad Michael. We all had a much needed and deserved rest. I had not quite 9 miles today. Too many Hershey's Kisses!!!

I'm really struggling this week. I ran a mile yesterday, and skipped today. I think I needs some words of encouragement. Kathy, how are you doing?

Well Michael. I made it through a WHOLE day with nary a Hershey's Kiss passing my lips. AND I walked almost 10 miles too!!
