Exercise Support Group--week Of 01/07
Hey, everyone. It's time to start a new week, and new commitments to honor the Temple of the Holy Spirit. Let's get in shape and honor God with our bodies.
I've been doing so much physical work in the remodelling of our house, that I haven't had much time to run. But my goal this week is to run 10 miles. Keep on me, OK?

Re: Exercise Support Group--week Of 01/07
Hello . . . anyone there?
I ran 2+ miles after work today. I'm working in San Diego this week, so I got to run along the marina. What a spectacular run!

Re: Exercise Support Group--week Of 01/07
Morning Michael! I made it through a good week. Stuck to my "resolutions". Walked all but 42 miles over 4 days. I vowed that I would be more aware of my diet and have done well with that. Started the week yesterday with just under 10 miles. Keep up YOUR good work Michael.

Re: Exercise Support Group--week Of 01/07
I am still around. I have been consistently getting in 5-6 days/week. This week, I planned 3 days of total body low weight/high rep, 1 day lower body, and 2 days of spinning. I am adding 3 days of yoga and 2 or 3 days of additional stretching because I need me some flexibilty.
Keep up the great work!!!

Kathy, that is such is great news. You're doing such a great job. Thanks for the inspiration.
Autumn, it's great to see you again. Wow, with all that working out, how do you have time for anything else? You're amazing.
I just go back from another 2+ mile run along the marina. I'm 40% of the way to my goal for the week. I'm going to try to run in the morning tomorrow. I'll let you know how that goes.

Re: Exercise Support Group--week Of 01/07
Michael, a run along the marina sounds marvelous. We don't have a marina here , but the city put in a very nice trail by the lake/pond. I just wish my knees could handle running. I feel sooooo good after a run... great endorphin rush. So, how was your run this a.m.?
I'm only doing about 1 1/2 hours/day. It isn't so bad. I am down 5 pounds so I found a WOE and exercise rotation that is working.... for now.
