January has gone very well. I have really cleaned up my diet. Although I am on Flex, I am focusing on fruits, veggies, & lean proteins. I have a difficult time with fruit this time of year, so I rely on Bolthouse juices. I know, I know, the more natural the better, but I have worked the juices into my diet without going over my points. I have to say that I feel more energetic too.
Most of January I was working out 5-6 days per week. I am a vidiot.

The term is fine. In fact, there is a website & forums serving our needs.

Anyway, I have been using the Slim Series and adding spinning, yoga, and stretching. The last week has a been a rest week. I am still planning my next rotation.
How is everyone else doing?
