Default Where to donate rosaries?

Is there someplace where we can donate unused rosaries? An organization? or just our parish?

If they are black they can be donated to the nearest Catholic Prison ministry where there is always a need.

Also to the Militia Immaculata Prison Ministry.

Default Re: Where to donate rosaries?

prisons here will only allow breakaway plastic rosaries, no metal parts

any church would accept rosaries to give away, we have a crew of people who make rosaries and regularly drop them off, gave away over 100 at the Pro-Life Living Rosary last Sunday, gave them away after all Masses in October, we always have them in the office when people drop in to register for parish or CCD. Gave more away during Advent retreats. all were donated by parishioners and well-wishers.

we also have people who make or donate rosaries for Mexico outreach ministries

you could also leave them in your Adoration Chapel.

CCD would love to have them. we try to give rosaries at least to Confirmation candidates, would like to give one to each child every year if we could.

I found this link:

http://www.rosaryparts.com/pages/don.../donations.asp

It lists organizations who would appreciate rosary donations.
