Wander will be handling the TLMs, and I will be handling the Paul VI Masses.

Where do we get the permits?
How long will it take to get a license issued?
How much will it cost?
Which agency is this overseen by?
Who do we make an appeal to?
Are there any special cases where there would be an exception?
Are we assigned a specific caseworker?
Do we have to fill out all forms in ink? In triplicate?
Is there a hard copy of the form?
Can we file for an extension?
When is the deadline for filing?
When can we expect a refund?
Is it tax exempt?
Does it say that in the fine print?

I don't believe in licenses and permits except those that allow me to hunt and fish! Do I get a pass?

Your secondary motto: "whatever you're THINKING of doing - it's all wrong!"

Your call is very important to us. We all hate our jobs, and we have left the building to get some beer to drown the sorrows of our miserable unfulfilled lives. Please hold the line until a sober service representative is available. We estimate that a chirpy girl who is too young to realize that she will never amount to anything important in this life, will be chewing gum in your ear live from our telephone answering service in Bangladesh in four hours, thirty two minutes, and fifteen seconds - assuming she doesn't take any longer than she usually does, to paint her toenails. Please be advised that if you hang up and try again, she will simply ignore you.

Right now it's raw, and hanging in the aging room to age. Can be cooked any way you like it.
