Default The Numbers game

Let's try something new and interesting called The Numbers Game.

The object of this game is that we start in order from 1 to how ever long we can keep this going.

We start with the number one and we associate a Fact with this number. After that the number Two will be next, then three, four, five.....etc.

WHat will make this game interesting is that a number can be played only ONCE. Once this thread reaches it's limit, the next thread will start the next number.

Facts that are not common and are used to associate a number will have to have a weblink to back up your True Fact.

You CANNOT use the number of the thread as a fact, it would be make the game TOO easy and pointless. We're to have fun and callenge ourselves and learn at the same time.

For example when #30 come up, someone could say it's the age when Christ Died. Or #52, the fact is 'The number of weeks in a year." Or #79, you can say "Is a prime number."

Let's be creative! You can used uniform, jersey numbers of athletes, NASCAR stock car numbers, you age, the number can represent a year date (such as 70 A.D.) BUT we are going in ascending order, and NO negative numbers. BUT each number can only be used ONCE.

Here's the format of the game.
FIrst state the number
Second state the fact

It's that simple

Let's start:

Although there can be four additional ones, there are five primary digits in U.S.ZIP codes.

The words "Number Nine", when played backwards on Yoko Ono's The Beatles' "Revolution 9," are said to sound like, "Turn me on, dead man."

The setting that Spinal Tap's amplifiers go to.

Nigel Tufnel: Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Marty DiBergi: Put it up to eleven.
Nigel Tufnel: Eleven. Exactly. One louder.
