I posted about this in Popular Media then realised it should have gone here

iTunes U has a lot of good Catholic stuff, too.
You have to go to iTunes U and click on "Colleges & Universities" which will bring up a list then check out the Catholic ones.
A couple are disappointing and some have only an item or two. the Aquinas Institute, St. Thomas U (which I never heard of) and Villanova are all good.

An awesome Bible study Understanding The Scriptures which Scott Hahn is a member of the editorial board is available by pod cast. The speaker is Carson Weber; his website is http://www.linkedin.com/in/carsonweber. You can follow the link for there or it's available through itunes also. It's very indepth Genesis through Revelation. Also, another great podcast on a variety of Catholic teachings is Dr. James Dobbins, I know he's available on itunes as well.
