Default EXERCISE SUPPORT GROUP -week of 9/30

Hello, everyone. Welcome to the new thread, and a new week. It's time to set goals for the week. It's time for me to step it up another notch. So, my goal for the week is to run 23 miles this week, including an 8 mile long run. I started my week today with a 3 mile run, and I'll save my long run for Kansas City. I leave in about 20 minutes for the airport. See you all tomorrow.

Hey everyone,

My goals for this week will be to walk 8 miles, and keep my calorie intake up to 2,000/day.

I hope everyone has had a blessed weekend..

My goal is to run some this week.

Today I went out for a 4 hour run since it is my last day in Switzerland. Took it slow so I could get some pictures. Here is one of the trail I was running somewhere near the middle of the run and then later on the way to and in the valley:

Ok, I need to find some way to be accountable/motivated on the weekends. Fridays & Saturdays especially seem to be my downfall. I gotta find some way to break that.

Goals for the week.

Calories: 2,200 a day
Exercise: 5 days of exercise (already got 1 down yesterday with my intense bike class)

Nice job! That's a step up, so that's good. Give it a little time & you'll be the one setting 8 mile per day goals.

I didn't do anything today. Stayed home from work. So now I have a day to make up....shooting for 40 miles this week.

Thank you!

Well, been sick today, I haven't eaten anything...

Drinking plenty of fluids, I walked about 1 mile... that brings my total to 2 1/2 miles for the week. I'll try again tomorrow if the fever breaks...
