The mouse is too big for my sister's cat...all of 6 inches and 10-12 ounces of full grown cat.

Those are some dinky cats! As much as cats get underfoot around here, I'd be afraid they'd get accidentally stepped on and killed.

Princess Patience, out 17 lb feral stock living Cuisinart probably would think "eternal kittens".
