Default MLA Citations for the catechism

I need to see how it is done. I have a big paper due tomorrow and I need correct ones. Please help if you know, but don't guess if you don't know.

Thank You

Modern Language Association. It's one of the standard citation formats.

I'm not sure that it would be any different from citing anything else in a book, except that I would use the section number of the Catechism rather than the page number. So the citation would be (Catechism of the Catholic Church #1234). And the bibliography would be done as normal for a book without an author. (I don't have the Catechism in front of me so I'm assuming that there's no author listed.)

Here is a website just happens to use the Catechism as an example, when writing footnotes and endnotes according to MLA.
But the horse is gone, so I guess there wasn't much sense in shutting the barn door.

I know it's been awhile since the original person posted this, but it sure helped me. Thanks.
