Default EXERCISE SUPPORT GROUP -week of 11/18

Hello, fitness friends! It's that time again: time to set goals for the week.

My goals are the same as last week: run 24 miles, including a 9 mile long run. We need to stay focused this week, due to the fattening holiday on Thursday.

I had a good week last......just over 40 miles for me!
I am not sure about this week though....weather is a bit on the dreary side.

Sometimes dreary weather can be good for excercise, at least here in California. I like to run when it's overcast. It keeps me from overheating.

Well, I think I will set my goal at 16 miles for this week! I made the 15 miles last week, I actually got in 16 miles. So, I think that should be my goal for this week.
Thank you all so much for your support.
God Bless,
Pam

I'm still in down time, so my goal is to simply engage in movement everyday. I'm trying out a Master's swim club on Monday and Friday to see how that works. Otherwise, a couple of runs, some weight lifting, and one bike drill session are on the schedule.

Got 2 miles in today, that brings my weekly total to 3 1/2 miles.
I will be going shopping tomorrow, so I hope I can get in quite a few more miles.

I just keep plugging away with my routine. No need to post everyday of the same.

30 min eliptical + 45 min tkd Mon-Sat, light 25 min tkd set on Sun

I have been trying to walk the the dog 2 miles at night. This is where I can improve, as my early morning routine is solid. I think the nightly walk has it's value this time of year, as we are not as active as a family with the bike riding, sports etc.

Hi Frank and Katie!
Hope you all are having a great week!

I got in 3 miles today, that brings my weekly total to 6 1/2 miles so far! Only 9 1/2 miles to go! I'm sure I can reach it this week! I'll be taking Luke to Childrens hospital early tomorrow, so please pray for him as he has a lot of test ran.

God Bless,
Pam

Monday was my first day at Master's Swim - it's more challenging than what I do on my own.

Yesterday, I ran 30 min before work.

Today, I have plans to go to the gym when I wake up.
