I'm 65, retired teacher and publisher and recently back into the CCD classroom teaching Church History to 8th graders. Am active within the community but have found my way into several areas of the Church that I find very rewarding. I am a Benedictine Oblate and enjoy the discipline The Rules of Benedict gives to my life. I am involved with Catholic Charismatic Renewal and enjoy the total freedom of allowing my heart to offer prayer without worrying about the structure or "properness" of my personal prayer. I continue to explore avenues to get closer to my God. I look forward to getting to know my way around the site and perhaps getting to know you better as well.

It seems that you are living a very full life indeed.
Time spent surrounded by nature is wonderful.
Racoons can be a problem but they do look lovable !

Congratulations on your decision to be Baptized! I had the distinct pleasure of running an RCIA program in Germany for American soldiers and their loved ones. It was one of the most meaningful year I have had as a life long Catholic. Their faith did much to build up my faith. I am sure your faith means much to those who are instructing you. God bless you and I will say a prayer for your continued conversion to the Lord Jesus.

Hi! Am I glad to have stumbled across this website! I was searching for wallpapers/backgrounds that I could use for our powerpoint presentations during liturgical masses. I have been able to download beautiful wallpapers through the help of your members...I hope I will be of help to others, too. Perhaps, someone can assist me in getting liturgical piano/organ pieces.
