I have joined just recently, and I have been interested in posting in various forums, and although Im a registered member..at the end where the posting rules are...for whatever reason..I cannot post, nor start a new thread or participate in any way. I do not understand this, and I have been trying to contact a moderator or someone who can help me understand this better. Is this because I am a new member?? Please clear this up for me!
