Rhetorical ;)
So here we are. How many people know the Word Rhetorical and what it means!
Or indeed how to spell it without having read the word.

Like when people ask a "how many people" question without reasonable expectation of getting a definitive numerical answer?

I don't know how to insert them directly into a web form either, but if you open a Word document you can click on Insert --> Symbol, and copy the character from the pop-up box, which you can then paste into the web form.

If you use Windows, you can also go to your start menu --> programs --> accessories --> system tools --> character map and open that. Then you can choose your font and select which characters you want to copy and paste. C'est très facile (it's very easy)!
