Thumbs up Exercise Support Thread--week of 12/16

Here's to health, everyone--have a great week! I'm in a rush, but I'll be back later. God bless, and stick to your goals. It can be hard with all other things going on the week before Christmas.

Amen to that! I've been sick with bronchitis for 2 weeks now....needless to say no exercise is going on. Very sad since before I got sick I was on a superb roll.

Oh well. Hope everyone else is healthy and strong.

I hope you feel better soon.

Seems I ve been hearing quite often the last month or so about folks getting sick for weeks instead of days. Whats going on?

Into my new routine this week.

M-W-F 30 min eliptical/ 30 min strength training (dumbells)

T-Th-Sa 30 min eliptical/ 30 min boxing routine

Sun 30 min eliptical only.

aw, that totally stinks. I hate chest colds, etc...I am praying for you to have a speedy recovery, my dear. You are one of my inspirerers (is that a word? ) on here, so for my own selfish reasons, you must get better asap. ha!

Your routine sounds great! Ohhh to have the energy to even tidy the house or breathe.

Well, stay healthy and avoid shaking people's hands at mass that are snorting and sneezing!

This too shall pass, just take care of yourself.

It's not the shaking hands that concerns me at times around this season, it's everyone drinking out of the same cup.

Yep - that too. I decline both at this time of year. Fortunately, at this time of year my parish only offers 1 form so that issue is moot.
