Exercise Support Thread--Christmas week!!
Ok--not sure how I'll do this week--Christmas is nearly here, and I'll be traveling with my kids soon...hopefully, I'll get a walk in or two.
Here's to health and Merry Christmas to all who have made this thread something special.

Re: Exercise Support Thread--Christmas week!!
You are ahead of me...I did manage to walk a lot yesterday, and a bit today, but not really anything that I would write home about. My son did a full workout with his weights, though--does that count?
Merry Christmas everyone!

Re: Exercise Support Thread--Christmas week!!
I need to join this group. I've gained weight over the past few weeks, and my work pants don't fit any more. I guess step one is to not spend hours of each day posting on here and get off my duff and start moving?

Re: Exercise Support Thread--Christmas week!!
Well, I am on vacation this week and next, so I have plenty of time to run So far for the week:
24th: 12 miles
25th: 6 miles
26th: 1 mile <--- yeah, I was lazy
27th: 15.5 miles
I would like to get in a 20+ mile run and then a ~6 mile run during the rest of the week. We will see.

Re: Exercise Support Thread--Christmas week!!
I walked a lot while at my sister's these past few days...but ate too much. PF Chang's, sushi, bagels, Cheesecake Factory, and spiked egg nog at night with my relatives. Need I say more? lol
I need to fast for the next week to make up for it...not that we ate a lot of food, but eating out--the amount of sodium...the tendency to order appetitzers....I seriously feel like this:
hee hee I don't look like it...but if I keep eating out like this, I will.
Hope everyone has had a great Christmas week!
