Default Cross, heart, and anchor

Does anyone know what exactly these symbolize together? I have them on a neclace that my aunt gave me some years ago. I can't remember what each one stands for. Well, I guess the cross and heart seem self-explanatory. But I can't figure out the anchor. Thanks for reminding me!

The anchor was very significant especially in early christian times. It is a symbol of hope and more. Heres some great info from new advent about the anchor and its meaning. It ranks among the most ancient of christian symbols http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/01462a.htm

Faith (cross) Hope (anchor) and Love (heart), the three theological virtues.
