It's been my experience that chaplets are usually said in honor of a known saint (i.e., a canonized saint) for the purpose of obtaining his or her intercession; and contain approved prayers (i.e., Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, the Creed). So, all you're really doing is asking a particular saint for his or her intercession, using traditional Catholic prayers. Maybe the prayers are arranged different ways.. (such as the Chaplet of St. Therese. It consists of 24 Glory Be's). But they're still the same prayers.
I don't really know of any, which do not follow this "formula". But I would be wary of any that do not seem to be in line with Catholic Church teaching.. (using strange, or odd "prayers".. etc.).
The Chaplet of St. Michael is a long chaplet. But it's a favorite, in our house. Here are a couple links which might be helpful. I think you can also find Chaplet books.. through many of the Catholic publishers. They contain traditional chaplets.
