Talking We have covered the Simpsons and Monty Python how about....

THE FAMILY GUY

My favorite character is baby Stewie.

"Lois: Come on Stewie, you know you can't leave the table until you finish your vegetables.
Stewie: Well, then I shall sit here until one of us expires, and you've got a good forty years on me, woman.
Lois: Sweetie, it's broccoli, it's good for you. Now open up for the airplane ...
Stewie: Never! Damn the broccoli, damn you, and damn the Wright brothers."

Definitley an adult cartoon. In my area it is on late at night. The Griffin's (the family depicted in the cartoon) are Catholic. There is some humor in regards to them being Catholic but nothing that I have found offensive. It is set in Rhode Island and I come from up in those parts so I guess the humor is more relevant to me. Just another one of those satires depicting your average American family. Very Funny!!!!

oh, Stewie is the BEST- and Brian comes in second... my guilty little favorites are the ones where Stewie and Brian are on "the road" ala hope and crosby. You don't get rousing song and dance routines much any more (even if they are animated...)

Brian is my second favorite, too.

[Peter has accidentally unleashed the 10 plagues]
"Peter: There has to be some explanation for this.
Brian: You want an explanation?
[slaps Peter]
Brian: GOD

Brian: IS
[slaps Peter]
Brian: PISSED."
