CIJS Clubhouse #82-St. Augustine
Welcome, Junkies to St. Augustine, Florida.
Home of the Cathedral-Basilica and the first Spanish settlement in the U.S.
Here's a picture from outside the church.

OK, I know where Florida is, but where is St. Augustine? And is it auGUStin or AUGusteen? Geographically challenged minds want to know.

Rather than admit I don't know where Jacksonville is either, I'm off to get a map.

Jacksonville is on the east coast of Florida, just south of the Georgia border.

I don't have to work today, not that I'm bragging or anything.
I'm going to see a screening of Iron Man in an hour, then pick up my suit for the wedding. Saturday is going to be pretty busy: Confession at noon, the wedding (Nuptial Mass) at 3, reception and anticipatory/vigil Mass around 5:15 (in case I'm not up in time for the 8:30 Mass on Sunday).

Say, will Fr. Leo say the Mass in Latin at the Cathedral?

I think Fr. Leo is a tad too young. He'd have to learn it. But I was an altar boy and can serve or sing in the schola. Or choir since I know both Anne and Marie can sing the same thing as me. We could enlist Trev and Patrick
