The Car Club
Well I have decided to open a club on here . This club is for car nuts . This is the place to talk about your dream cars for debate the old argument "Ford VS Chevy".
So I will start the conversation. Which car do yall prefer restored classics or hot rod muscle cars?

Re: The Car Club
Since this was what my very first car looked like, I'm going to have to go with muscle.
Actually it was my dad's, I drove it all the time. I had no clue just how cool I was in this car. Transmission couldn't handle the weight of the car though.
But that baby could cruise!

My very first car!!! I still love that 1949 Ford. My brother and I painted it ourselves with 11 cans of spray paint.

My dad would love that! His eyes get all misty when he sees one like it driving down the road.

Re: The Car Club
My first car was a snot-green 1972 Datsun 510 wagon. Like all Datsuns, it would never die. It had over 300,000 miles when we junked it, and it wasn't in the junkyard a week before someone bought it.
The most reliable car I ever had was a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle that I bought for $400 in 1991 and drove non-stop for eight years before giving it to my brother (it still runs!).

I think everyone has a memory of either owning a Beetle or cruising around in a friend's Beetle. I had a friend in high school who had a yellow one, we could fit about 8 people in that thing!

Once in seminary, I had four Vietnamese guys in the back of my Bug and two Samoans sharing the front seat.

Samoans are usually much larger than Samurais.
Worst car I ever had: 1973 Ford Pinto.
