What a beautiful UserName you have!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!

You do exactly what your priest has told you as he is a priest of Jesus in our Holy Catholic Church and be confident always and never let anyone at all shake you from trusting this priest of yours .......... in other words ensure that you pray in Church for Adoration and not Adoration online - while of course we can pray everywhere and anywhere and at all times in our hearts...........but as we know, Adoration is something really very very special and unique to Catholics and/or those perhaps called to The Catholic Church or gifted by God in some way as God can do all things and insight the wondrous special nature of Eucharistic Adoration...........
May Our Lady of Perpetual Help and St. Michael pray for you and may Jesus pour into your heart all the Grace you need and healing you desire.....and speedily.........keeping you in my own prayers............God bless you and us all , Alleluia Amen...........Barb

Wherever you happen to be, and whatever you are doing at the moment, you can always go to the nearest Tabernacle in spirit. Simply say to Jesus, "While I am here lying in bed (or doing the dishes or caring for my children or whatever you are doing), my heart flies to you in the Tabernacle. I am with You in spirit and want to dwell with You forever." Or other words of your own choosing.

May God bless you and give you whatever He in His infinite wisdom knows you need most — healing from your suffering, the courage to unite your suffering with His for the salvation of souls, and absolute trust in His goodness and mercy.

Using the Live Adoration site.. is similar to using a statue of Jesus, while praying. We all know, that Catholics do not pray to the statues, themselves. But to Our Lord, Our Lady or a saint.

While it is true.. that we are not actually IN the physical Presence of Jesus, using the Adoration site.. He can still see us! Isn't that awesome! So, for those who can not attend Live Adoration, for whatever reason.. the Adoration site is very comforting. But I agree.. we should always obey our priests.. so long as they are obeying the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. God bless.

Thank you BarbaraTherese for your new Daily Liturgy site! You are in my prayers, and thank you for stopping by again in this thread! Take care and may the blessings, love, and mercy of Christ and Mary be greatly, enormously, abundantly, generously, lovingly, creatively, blessedly, mercifully, magnificently with you!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Come Holy Spirit, come by means of the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your well beloved spouse. Come Holy Spirit, come by means of the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your well beloved spouse. Come Holy Spirit, come by means of the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your well beloved spouse.

For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world! For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world! For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world!

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Hi all please don't take too much notice of mistakes, I don't know what is wrong at presbut something is wrong, but that Jesus knows about.

Any way I remember a time when I was not able to go to mass, as my wife left for mass I just said "Lord I want so much to receive you please give me a spiritual communion".
When my wife arrived home from mass the first thinkg my wife said was that I had to geton my knees and in
doing so she lay hands on my forhead and prayed the prayer for a spiritual communion for me.

Generally when I receive communion I end up in tear, this time I felt His pressence so deep that it seemed like i had received a double portion.
I know that for those who are unable (as my aunty is) to receive communion let alone go to mass I can feel her receiving Jesus into her, as I know that you receive also, God loves you very much Barb
Godbless.

Barb I don't understand this but last night I was called to my knees (2am) to pray and just didn't want to get off.
Now after so long I wake to find ou on line I thought you might have too much with new work.
We also were in your situation and now we have two Carmelite priests sent from India maybe you might pray for a priest I will also pray with you and get others to do likewias if you wish!

You have been on my prayer chain for as long as I have known you.
And remember, as i have had to, that where the heart desires to be imbedded in the Boddy and Blood of Christ just ask Him and He in some way will come to you . I have had this happen as I believe yo probably have to.
You are a special ROSE in God's garden Barb.
God bless you my sister across the ditch.

littleone
Peace and blessings to you.

yes, obeying your priest is a good thing.

I look at it this way:
Jesus is in the Blessed Sacrament.
The Blessed Sacrament is exposed in that monstrance.
There's a web cam pointing to it-that web cam is really there!
The web cam is hooked up to the internet.
When I go to that website (either one), I see what that web cam sees-the Blessed Sacrament exposed in the monstrance! The webcam/internet are simply "windows" to see inside the chapel.

Seems simple and logical to me.

Personally, I know this "works" because of the witness of the Spirit of the presence of Jesus, yes, even on line. I go to chapels to pray-sometimes there's "official" adoration where the Blessed Sacrament exposed in the monstrance and at other times not, but simply the tabernacle containing the Blessed Sacrament. I can't say one is "better" than the other. To me, Jesus' Presence is stronger being there in person than on line, nevertheless, He's there on line through these means of technology too.

Anyway, just mho. For as few parishes with EA and as few Catholics who actually attend at least once in awhile, I think it's a big blessing this is on line and we should all be thankful we are adorers! Obviously, there are many who are indifferent to it all.

These 2 sites are still the only ones I know of. I stumbled on this thread by looking for more.

Blessings,

sp
