Haven't we been in Damascus before? (Not that I'm complaining). Last year?

Re: CIJS Clubhouse #83 Damascus, on the road with St. Paul
I took us on a trip to Turkey, including Tarsus, but not Damascus. Somebody suggested Damascus on the previous thread and it seemed like a good idea for starting the year of St. Paul. I can always show you Tarsus again, if you like, but it looks just like any other big city. Of course, so does Damascus, Syria.

Ah! That's what I remembered! I knew it had some connection to St, Paul.

Yeah, I kind of wish the year of St. Paul had been last year. I probably makes no difference. I'm so glad to have been in those spots and hope they will again be Christian.

Oh dear! I shall pray for your mother, Aimee, but I will pray more for you and your family. Been there. Done that.

Considering I suppose OK> Threw my back out last week, then my knee went out and then my other ankle. So, all in all I am stove up, in a back brace, a knee brace and ankle brace and on a walker.

Thank you...The world thanks you too. I get cranky when I am in pain.
