Exercise support thread--week of 8/3/2008
Good morning, everyone. May you all have a Blessed Sunday.
Shall we set goals for the week? My goal is to start running again. I'm not sure when I'll be able to run again. My feet need to heal of these blistered that I earned last week on my hikes through Yosemite.

Hey your feet healed yet Michael?
A small rest is probably good. How is everyone else doing on goals?
I am set to log my record for miles run this week. As long as I make it to the gym at lunch, I'll hit 40 miles this week. I am on vacation next week so I am front loading my exercise this week.

Hi, Jenn;
My feet had healed enough to run by Wednesday, so I started running again on Thursday. I ran 3 miles Thursday and 3 miles Friday.
Where are you going on vacation?
