As a Catholics, what is the full meaning of Echumenical relationship with other Churches and denominations?

A good question.
It just so happens that the church clarified that not long ago.
RESPONSES TO SOME QUESTIONS REGARDING CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE DOCTRINE ON THE CHURCH
It can also be found in the Catechism under "Who belongs to the Catholic Church?" (CCC 836-838. Might also take a look at the context in #s 830-856)

That we respect and accept all other validly Baptized persons as fellow Christians. That we recognize their Communities as having various elements of truth, that do work for the common good of the individual and Community. We also recognize that there are differences and errors and work to correct them and bring those Communities or individuals back into full Catholic unity.

The Catholic Church does not use the term "Ecumenical Churches". Rather, they speak of "ecumenism", which is the Church's effort for unity among all Christians. As Br. Rich pointed out, the Church recognizes all validly baptized people as Christians. These validly baptized non-Catholics are those to whom the Church desires unity, which is what the ecumenical movement is all about. You might look at the Vatican II Decree on Ecumenism for more information.
