Exercise support thread--week of 9/7/2008
Good morning, everyone. It's a new month, and Autumn is just around the corner. I can feel the weather starting to change. And, as we start a new week, it's time to set goals for the week. I'm back to my full running schedule this week:
Sunday: 8 miles
M-F: 3 miles/day
Total: 23 miles
God willing, I'll make it.

Re: Exercise support thread--week of 9/7/2008
I'm back from my 8 mile run. Dod you miss me while I was gone?
(insert the sound of crickets chirping)
Well, it was a pretty good run. Despite that fact that I missed last week's long run, I was able to run the full distance non-stop.

Re: Exercise support thread--week of 9/7/2008
Hey guys, so busy walking my feet off at the beach, and little town botiques yesterday in a little town called Port Dover. The other side of Lake Erie, North of Erie Pensilvania...On Ontario Canada of course.
So pretty...i love any nautical theme, and this is a nice lighthouse to visit with the girls.
i will not weigh in untill Monday morning...a rule on the weekends for me. I follow the exact same pattern each time...up, pee, and strip to be weighed....a must to be alone...so summers, holidays and weekends, the scale is not out.

Re: Exercise support thread--week of 9/7/2008
The week's almost over & I'm just getting here. Well, exercise has been going well this week. I've gotten exercise in every day except Weds, which is my normal rest day. Eating hasn't gone so well. I've stayed under 2,000 calories just 3 times this week. The other 3 days were significantly higher than 2,000.

Re: Exercise support thread--week of 9/7/2008
someone told me to check out curves...i was ok with everything except 30 seconds per machine, and move...up to 12 machines are at each store, but man, the up and down would put me off due to the sore foot and knee.
But the all girls thing, the lower level of impact etc.
Really thinking of the water arobics at the Y...more so to be able to "acomplish" something i know i would not quit at due to pain.
Motivationally intended...
Here is the question...can you do a class without paying a full years membership?

Re: Exercise support thread--week of 9/7/2008
I got in all my runs this past week, but it was a very busy work week for me, and I never got a chance to visit CAF.
Anyway, it's time for a new thread. Please join us here.
